Fantastic news as Senior Westminster University guard Afrasyab Khalil is named as part Westminster’s Champions of the Future Prgramme!
The programme run by Active Westminster, in their words The Champions of the Future programme gives Westminster’s gifted and talented athletes an opportunity to access financial support and mentoring to help with training and development.
Afrasyab Khalil as part of the programme will receive funding for support, access to Everyone Active leisure centres, opportunity to be recognised in Active Westminster Awards and other regional award and also help to gain coaching qualifications and the opportunity to apply for roles with Everyone Active.

Afrasyab is eligible for the proamme as he is studying and competing for the University of Westminster and registered with a National Governing Body affiliated club.
