University of Westminster Regent Street Gym
Regent Street offers cardio and weights facilities, and general floor space for stretching or free weights. The gym also includes clean and pleasant changing, shower and locker facilities, as well as towels to hire. Group classes (include spin, TRX, Zumba, Boxfit, Pilates and yoga) are available with gym membership.
Monday to Thursday: 8am–9pm
Harrow Sports Hall & Gym
Known as the ‘Dragons Den’, Harrow Sports Hall and gym is available to public members and university students. Cardio machines, kettle bells, stretching area, bench press and free weights are available in the gym. Team members have access to the sports hall through allocated bookings by the basketball programme.
