Week 18 Dragons Results 
With Westminster 1st narrowly missing out on playoffs, the focus is now on completing the Men’s league
Westminster Dragons (11-1) take another step to win the LMBL Division 2 league with impressive and exhilarating overtime 117-111 win over title challengers Enfield Scorpions. On a late night in Enfield, the Dragons trailed double digits during the second half but stuck with it – applying full-court defensive pressure and shooting the ball well.
With Westminster leading by two late in the 4th, Enfield Scorpions ran a strong inside play out of the timeout for the easy two to take the game to overtime.
Guards Aundre Reid and Humberto Ramirez combined for 70 points, with American combo guard Kamari Hunter adding 24 points.

Westminster avenges their only loss of the season to BB Smurds by taking the home game 121-106. BB Smurds experience and I! kept the game close, but strong performances from guards Aundre Reid (31 points) and Humberto Ramirez (28 points) saw the final result in favour of the Dragons. This completes an undefeated home record for the Westminster Dragons in all competitions.
Westminster Dragons now take the first spot in the London Metropolitan Basketball League Division 2 with an 11-1 record. 3 out of 5 wins in the next games will guarantee the title and promotion for Westminster, a league they have been part of in and out for 13 years (2009) – and haven’t won a competition.
