Regents Street Gym
Regents Street offers cardio and weights facilities, and general floor space for stretching or free weights. The gym also includes clean and pleasant changing, shower and locker facilities, as well as towels to hire. Group classes (include spin, TRX, Zumba, Boxfit, Pilates and yoga) are available with gym membership.
Monday to Thursday: 8am–9pm
Harrow Sports Hall & Gym
Harrow Campus gym have a sports hall available for gym members to use through advanced booking. Cardio machines, kettle bells, stretching area, bench press and free weights are available in the gym.
Monday to Friday: 8am–10pm
